"I have been using your body lotion for over 30 years. I go thru 2 bottles a month. When I smelled the new lotion, it was so different and not in a good way. I called every retailer across the country and got as many bottles of the old lotion as I could to last me thru the year hoping you would bring back the original. But you haven't even with all the negative reviews. Please bring it back! I will unfortunately have to buy elsewhere as the new one just does not smell the same. The old one was plenty hydrating. Don't mess with a tried-and-true formula and the loyalty of your customers."

"I've read all the negative reviews about the "improved" eucalyptus scent and I'm just a little puzzled why the company hasn't listened to their customers, especially customers who have been purchasing Thymes products for a long time. One of those customers is me. Last time I purchased eucalyptus was May 2025 and then the next time I was ready to purchase, I read the negative reviews about your "improved" eucalyptus scent. The original eucalyptus scent, I'm going to guess was your best selling product or at the top of the best. Why would you change something that sold so well???"

CHANGE OF SCENT

"I have been using your Eucalyptus Hand Lotion for several years and have always loved it. On my last trip to the store, I couldn't find the hand lotion on the shelves, but I did find a large bottle of Thymes Eucalyptus Replenish Body Lotion. I assumed it would be the same fragrance in a larger size, so I purchased it. Unfortunately, when I tried it, I discovered that the scent is completely different from the hand lotion. In my opinion, the fragrance is very unpleasant and nothing like the eucalyptus scent that many of us have enjoyed for years. I would like to return the body lotion and would appreciate your guidance on the return process. Thank you for your assistance, and I hope you'll continue offering the original Eucalyptus Hand Lotion that many of us have enjoyed for so long"

"Whether on site or in stores, I’ve been wearing Thymes Eucalyptus colognes, perfumes, hand and body lotions for years. After reading the poor reviews regarding the fragrance of the new body lotion formula, I thought how bad can it be. It’s bad. Has an odor reminiscent of self tanning lotion and bleach. The 16oz container was on sale for $28 (from $36) and went into the garbage. Hopefully the hand lotions won’t undergo “an improvement” with its formula. FYI to Thymes: if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it."

New Eucalyptus Formula

"As with most other reviews, I am disappointed in the new formula. I have been buying this lotion for over 25 years, and it is my favorite scent. I have read that the formula was changed to add more 'hydrating" ingredients, and that may be the reason the scent is different. That is all very well and good, but you should give the option for both formulas so as not to lose loyal customers."
