Why change a good thing?

"I was a Thymes customer for many years. Eucalyptus was my absolute favorite; however, when I ordered the body lotion with my last order a few years ago, it actually had no smell whatsoever. I decided to just wait things out. Fast forward: I now want to purchase Eucalyptus as a "birthday gift to self," but after reading the reviews, it doesn't sound like things are back to the way I used to love. I am re-thinking making a purchase, because with the price of the product and shipping, I don't want to wish I had followed the negative reviews better."

This new formulated body wash

"This new formulated body wash (cleanser) is not performing as well as the discontinued Body Wash. This cleanser does not soap up as well, and certainly the fragrance is very much different and less than the original. Ive bee a loyal Thymes customer for several years using the Body Wash, Hand Wash, and Body Lotion. All in the Eucalyptus fragrance. I’m very disappointed because I use Thymes Eucalyptus morning and night. I want the original formula. I’ve searched on line for back stock without much luck. And I know the product has a self life. I’m disappointed to the point of searching for a replacement product from another brand. Bring back the original please. Sincerely, Richard Peters"
