We use cookies to collect information around abandoned shopping carts. A cart is considered abandoned within one hour of inactivity/lack of purchase. Once the cart is considered abandoned, an SMS message will be sent as a reminder.

If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.
  • Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers' target-audience preferences, you can opt out by clicking the link to unsubscribe in email communications, which will remove you from marketing email correspondence (although shipping and order confirmations will still be provided).  You can also send us an email stating your request to ce@thymes.com.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Personal Information Sales

We do not sell your personal information.

Accessing, Correcting, or Deleting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page. If you have an account, you must submit your request to know, correct, or delete through that account. However, you do not need to create an account to exercise your right to know or delete your personal information.

You may also use these methods to correct any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information without deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by this Policy and our Terms of Use, as may be updated from time to time.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal information.

We consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
We will only use personal information provided in the request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make it.


Response Timing and Format for Requests to Know, Correct, or Delete Your Information

We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. If you do not receive confirmation within such 10-day timeframe, please contact ce@thymes.com
We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance, specifically a text document or spreadsheet.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
