Sadly, this scent just isn't for me.
I love (and own) many, many Thymes fragrances (see below), so it surprised me when I didn't fall in love with this scent. Yes, it's a "grown-up" version of vanilla, as another reviewer noted, but there's something about it that I just can't take (I'm thinking it's the orchid, since all of the other notes are in scents I like). When it dries down, it has a powdery / woodsy smell that's more tolerable, but it's still not something I could spray all over. Don't get me wrong: this isn't an awful scent, but it's just not for me. It smells like something an older woman could pull off, so I might gift it to my mom or aunt for Christmas. It's OK, though. I still love Thymes, and I'm happy that other ladies are enjoying this perfume. : )
If it helps, these are my favorite Thymes scents: Aqua Coralline, Naia, Eucalyptus, Tupelo Lemongrass, Mandarin Coriander, Agave Nectar, Olive Leaf, Clary Sage Tea, Azur, Rosewood Citron, Kimono Rose, Lotus Santal, Fraiser Fur, and Red Cherie.
