How Refreshing!
How to use refresher oils
As many of us already know, refresher oils are an innovative way to create a unique home fragrance experience. That’s because they allow us to “decorate” with favorite aromas, creating welcoming environments that reflect our individual tastes.
Naturally, Thymes handcrafted refresher oils are a refreshing twist on conventional aromatic and essential oils. That’s because they radiate the fresh, engaging compositions you know and love by Thymes. They’re perfect for use in scent diffusers or potpourri, as well as in some ingenious ways that might be new to you.
To enjoy them to their utmost, consider these handy how-to tips:
Potpourri: Remove potpourri from its vessel and place it into a plastic bag. Apply several droplets of refresher oil over the potpourri, and gently shake the bag to coat it. Return the potpourri to the vessel, and enjoy the newly refreshed results.
Sachets: When you notice sachets have lost their aromatic oomph, simply apply a couple drops of refresher oil. For instance, Frasier Fir Refresher Oil works beautifully on the Frasier Fir Decorative Sachet, reviving a fresh, brisk scent of the outdoors that's perfect for any season.
Lamp rings: When the bulb is cool, remove the ring, replace any existing oil with a few drops of your favorite refresher oil and return it atop the bulb. As the bulb warms, the fragrance is gently released throughout your space.
Vacuum cleaners: Apply a drop or two to a cotton ball, then stick it in the bag to refresh while cleaning. Ingenious!
Air vents: Apply a drop or two to a cotton ball, then place it near the heat ducts of your home.
Drawers/closets: Again, use like potpourri, only with a cotton ball.
Laundry: Apply a drop to an unscented dryer sheet to tumble your clothes with your favorite fragrance.
Try Thymes refresher oils yourself, or share them as a gift. Everything you need to refresh your home fragrance experience is right here.
