We're so excited, we'd like to flash the news in neon lights: Aqua Coralline Body Scrub is named the 2014 Allure Best of Beauty Award winner for Best Body Scrub!
But such Vegas-type fanfare would hardly be Aqua Coralline's style. Instead, it could be written across the sand, then washed away far out to sea with a sun-kissed smile.
Each year, Allure chooses the year's best beauty products for its highly esteemed awards. Thymes has previously captured the magazine's spotlight—Aqua Coralline Body Scrub joins Agave Nectar Bubble Bath as an Allure Best of Beauty Award winner (2011).
Aqua Coralline Body Scrub, for those who haven't yet discovered it, is a light foaming scrub that polishes dry skin to reveal a smooth, even texture. It's an energizing skin slougher full of rich humectants and all-natural, eco-friendly jojoba beads to hydrate and exfoliate. What's more, mineral-rich kelp extract and sea buckthorn transform and protect, providing care and moisture for thirsty skin.
Its fans agree—strongly. "I cannot say enough good things about this product," writes one. "It's the best scrub I've ever used. It is the only thing that has given me relief from my dry, itchy skin."
Enhancing its performance is a delicate fragrance best described as "fresh sea spray." "The scent is intoxicating," another fan writes. "Smells like the ocean in a tube. Leaves your skin feeling refreshed, very refreshing."
Aqua Coralline's featured fragrance notes include pure water lily, dewy white cyclamen, crisp driftwood, tart yuzu, brilliant lemon pulp and intriguing Hinoki wood.
Aqua Coralline's performance-enhancing ingredients include:
A shrub native to Asia and Europe with small orange nutrient-rich berries. The oil derived from the berries is high in fat-soluble vitamins A and E, making it a great ingredient to help moisturize and revitalize skin.
A member of the brown algae phylum, it is naturally high in silicon—good for hair and skin—and iodine. Kelp is found in the colder, coastal waters of North America.
We're pleased as punch at the recognition by Allure of our Aqua Coralline Body Scrub. This amazing product formulation is also available in the bright, citrusy fragrance of Tupelo Lemongrass. Find out what the fuss is about!
please consider bringing back the lavender body scrub (formerly called body polish)! Friends and I were in love with this and were so disappointed when it was discontinued years ago. With the award for body scrub, it should be expanded into the other collections! There is nothing comparable out there, believe me I have tried many! Would love to see this make a return.
Will Thymes ever reintroduce Naia again? Make it an exclusive, Summer Blow Out/Escape for all the fans of Naia products. I have yet to try Aqua Corraline, but like the few who have questioned this new line; I'm wary to try it, as I don't want to waste money on it if I dislike it. Could Thymes, please, reconsider a promotion for a limited time only of Naia again? Even if it's just the lotion and body wash.
I'm a subscriber of Thymes for many years now,. If/when I see an email for Naia again I will purchase as many items as I can and never bother Thymes again! The only reason I shopped at retailers and the online store.
